A Georgian-Ukrainian project of youth education

Description

The two-year project "YouthLink EU Digital Education Lab" aims to develop political education measures on the European Union and democratic challenges and to strengthen the media skills of young people in Ukraine and Georgia. Digital tools such as video podcasts, chatbots and a multimedia website are used for this purpose. Intercultural exchange between the young participants is promoted through various formats, including a three-month media lab with online workshops on European integration and the creation of digital media products, a study trip to Berlin and a mentoring programme.

Project goals and focus

The main objectives of the project are to awaken the political interest of young people in Georgia and Ukraine in EU accession, to promote their ability to participate in public debates and in civil society and to convey a realistic image of the EU.
